This is a little reminder thats as we go through life picking up bad habits, codependent behaviours, baggage, wounds and so on, we end up bleeding these onto everyone else. People that didn't ask for these burdens to be put on them. We have to take stock of our own hurt and make sure we are working on these things our selves. To ensure we are not passing it on. We can also pass these things over to our children and this is defiantly not for them to carry.
Today look at ones self with a clear lens and decide today is the day, i own up to me and what i maybe carrying along the way.
