A beautiful charcuterie board I did for for Christmas. Creamy goat cheeses, a spinach artichoke dip, gourmet crackers, rose rolled salami, manzanilla olives, rose carved strawberry roses, grapes, a cheese layout, garnished with rosemary and paired with a sweet glass of wine.

First picture on the left was taken the first time I cut this clients hair. To the average person it is a good haircut, but all I could think of when he left was all the flaws I could see and how to make them better. So when he called me again to come back I took the hair cut and cut his hair a bunch of times since then. In fact he is a steady client that I’ve grown a lot because of. Picture on the right was taken last week. I’m still in that mindset of making his haircuts even better. I will continually post more as my barber school journey comes to an end!
