Some people want a personal trainer, but not 3 times per week.

I can get up and down off the floor with ease and most of my aches that I told you about are literally gone now.
My doctor asked me to bring some cards from the studio so he can refer patients, he my actually want to come by and see what this is all about, after seeing all my improvements since my annual exam last year.
Anyway, I'll be in there on Thursday morning and my neighbor, Linette, is coming in for her free sample session :)
