How CUTEEEEE 💓💜💓

Lately, I’ve felt God pulling at my heart in a lot of different areas of my life, and one of those areas has been my business.

I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what I want this career to look like, what I want people to feel when they sit in my chair, and what I believe I’m truly called to do.

And the more I pray about it, the more I keep coming back to the same thing…

I never started doing hair just to make money.

I started because I love making people feel beautiful.

I love watching someone look in the mirror and see their confidence come back. I love being part of the moments where someone finally feels like themselves again. I love creating a space where people can relax, vent, laugh, cry, feel taken care of, and walk out feeling lighter than they did when they came in.

Hair has always been so much more than hair to me.

And lately, I’ve realized that somewhere along the way, I started focusing so much on numbers, pricing, growth, and what I thought I was “supposed” to be doing that I started drifting away from the reason God gave me this passion in the first place.

So I’m listening.

I’m making changes.

And after a lot of reconsideration, I’ve decided to adjust some of my pricing because I genuinely believe everyone deserves to feel pampered, cared for, and beautiful in their own skin.

That doesn’t mean I don’t value my time, my education, my products, or the work that goes into every single appointment. I absolutely do.

It just means I want my business to reflect my heart too.

I want to make a living doing what I love, but I never want money to become more important than the people God places in my chair.

Maybe this next season looks a little different than I imagined.

Maybe it means slowing down, changing direction, and getting back to the heart of why I started.

But I’m learning that when God keeps pulling at your heart, eventually you have to stop fighting it and listen.

So that’s what I’m doing.

Getting back to the purpose.
Getting back to the people.
Getting back to making others feel beautiful, loved, and confident.

And trusting that if I follow where God is leading me, everything else will fall into place. 🤍
