🥑Keto 15 week challenge🥓 Day 3 Week 2
Today I fasted for 24hrs! I haven't done an extended fast in MONTHS. Today wasn't even a challenge really🤭 Now that I'm in ketosis, my insulin levels aren't fluctuating causing food cravings.
I woke this morning feeling hella good💫 Energy⬆️ Appetite⬇️ So I decided to listen to my body.🥰
7pm-7pm 💦100 oz of water💦 ( 🙌🏾 The bathroom trips🚽🏃🏾♀️ have calm down 😅) and black coffee☕ all day. Now that I've finally eaten. I'm feeling stuffed!🤰🏾
