Hey girl! My name is Justine & I am your permanent makeup & tattoo artist based in Huntington Beach, CA! ✨ I started my permanent makeup journey 4 years ago in Arizona where I learned Ombré Powder Brows.

A few months into my journey, I decided to leave the desert & move to Orange County🍊 to pursue a full time career in the permanent makeup industry where I continued to learn & grow my knowledge in the art of Ombré Brows, Lip Blush, Fine Line Tattoos & Piercings. I have been so blessed to have some of the best mentors along the way🫶🏼

From a very young age I always knew I had a strong passion for all things beauty related & LOVED giving my friends makeovers 👸🏻 I had always dreamed of being able to do what I LOVE for a living & I am beyond grateful that I get to help people express themselves through the art of tattooing & piercings & also feel beautiful & confident through the art of permanent makeup.
