Daniel Claton is 11 years old and has been missing from Kansas City, Missouri since August 2, 2026.

I was abducted at 13, but I was rescued because someone recognized me from my missing poster after my captor live streamed himself hurting me. That poster saved my life. The odds were against me, but one person seeing my face changed everything. My case was high-profile and made national news. Most don't. I share these stories because every missing person deserves to be seen, and every share puts their face in front of someone who might know something. That is why I do this.

Daniel was last seen around 9 a.m. near East 13th Street and Lydia Avenue. He was wearing a white shirt, gray sweatpants, white shoes, and carrying a green backpack. He is 4 feet tall and weighs approximately 90 pounds.

If you have seen Daniel or know where he may be, call 911 or the KCPD Missing Persons Section at 816-234-5043.

Please keep Daniel visible 🤍
