Being a mom is the most important part of who I am.
It’s also what’s taught me how much we carry—physically and emotionally—while still functioning on questionable amounts of sleep and coffee.
We just… keep going.
So this Mother’s Day, I’m thinking about all the moms—every kind of mom, in every season—who give so much of themselves every single day (and somehow still remember where everyone’s shoes are).
You deserve care too.
Not as a reward… just because you’re human.
That’s something I believe in deeply—both in my life and in my work.

Things your massage therapist wishes you knew… 😂
Your body is giving us warning signs long before it completely forces you to slow down. Tight shoulders, headaches, jaw clenching, low back tension, constantly feeling “stiff,” none of that is actually normal, even if it feels common.
And contrary to popular belief:
• You do not need to suffer through deep pressure to get results
• You are allowed to communicate during your massage
• Holding your breath is not helping 😅
• Your knots are not “the worst ever”
• Drinking actual water afterward really does matter
Massage shouldn’t feel intimidating or like an occasional luxury you have to “earn.” It’s part of taking care of the body carrying you through everyday life 🤍
