✨Sacred Synchronicity✨

An opportunity called and I made an impulse decision to leave my baby for the first time to share my craft with a wellness retreat where I knew no one. Something my past self would have never considered!

My soul was calling me to come back to myself. But ever since becoming a mother, I am someone new. So I had to go meet her. I found that I’m more my authentic self than I’ve ever been. And I am so.damn.proud.

This weekend filled me up in ways I cant quite explain. But I do know, without a doubt, that bringing peace and healing to others is my souls purpose.

Things are shifting and new avenues are opening for me. I rest in winters quiet surrender to reflect, gather, and direct. Being a mother and helping mothers is my focus in this next chapter. I wholeheartedly enjoy this journey as it unfolds🌀

As a first time mom I’m still learning how to make time for me.

Before I had a baby, it was easy for me to tell my clients with kids to make more time to fill their own cup. I could see what constant caregiving does to the body, mind, and spirit. The way it drains you, leaving you with nothing left. And now I realize how much easier it was to say those words than it was for me to follow through with that advice🙃

I love my baby so much it was hard for me to set aside time away from her. But my cup was empty. I couldn’t care for her in the ways I wanted to anymore. Something had to change. I started getting migraines, was feeling depleted, anxious, angry, and completely out of balance.

Enter regular Reiki sessions with Laura Hexom.

This woman has brought me back to life🌟 each session has helped me release crushing anxiety, physical pain, and even generational trauma. Our healings have brought me deep insights and guided me back to a space of love, grace, presence, and gratitude. I can’t sing her praises loud enough!

We will be honoring the element of fire in this sacred dance❤️‍🔥 bring a drum if you feel called as we will begin our dance with a drum circle. Drums and flow toys will also be provided!

Ecstatic dance is a meditative practice that encourages freedom of movement and emotional expression in a safe space. This practice integrates mental, emotional, spiritual, and social components of well-being.

Join Emily and her husband Nick as they guide you through your journey to release emotions and connect to oneself and the dancing community. Nick will be curating a special live DJ set to guide you through different sounds; allowing you to tap into the way your body experiences music.

We will open the circle with a drum circle to connect to the element of fire. After, you will have freedom to flow with your own intuition, connecting to the way your body wants to move with the soundscape.

🌟To protect the integrity of the event we kindly ask that everyone participates in movement and refrains from talking to each other - body language only! 🌟
