Calendula and Chamomile make up the foundation of both Top Gut blends, and they’re such a dream team.
Both are calming, and soothing…
Chamomile calms the mind as a Nervine, working to settle and regulate the nervous system - stress and anxiety being one of the biggest causes of digestive upset.
Calendula helps to heal wounds, it’s vulnerary action, internally just as well as it does externally.
Both blooms are anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antispasmodic.
