Status Update!
This is my new most favorite glow up! (Is there a mascline version of a glow up?)
This is a perfect example of how volume restoration of the midface can restore the appearance of youth when done correctly.
The male face has different ideal proportions than the female face to avoid feminization but I think we hit the mark with this one!
This patient had concerns about being overfilled, looking feminine, and looking unnatural. Sometimes less is more but in this case full volume correction was what we needed to avoid looking unnatural.
Often times piecing together filler one syringe at a time yields unnatural results or highlights other structural problems rather than balancing and harmonizing as we are able to do with full volume restoration or full facial balancing.

This young lady is what I would call expressive and a power emoter!
She is also a first time neuromodulator or ‘tox patient.

She presented complaining of horizontal forehead lines at rest and strong lines between her eyebrows (angry 11’s).

Coming in early for ‘tox will be key for her because those strong muscles will form deeper lines earlier and be harder to relax the longer we wait to intervene.

You know what they say, a picture is worth a thousand words! I think this one is worth more than that!

Glow up Alert! 🚨
This lovely young lady has spent the last few years toiling away school and wanted a legitimate refresh!

We used two sessions to add volume to get midface to improve the appearance of her under eyes and started with a little bit of a lip refresh and some volume in her mental crease.

On the second volume we worked on improving a little asymmetry in her chin, restoring volume loss in the prejowl area and a little top off on her beautiful lips!

She had concerns about looking over filled and not natural but but working on the structural elements and going slow we are making big improvements and what a glow up it is!!

It is so cup filling to see the genuine smile on people’s faces when they are happy with their refreshed and updated appearances 🤍

Trust the process!!
This lovely lady has always felt she had a small upper lip and had been doing fillers for a while but the product selection was a little ungratifying and she was metabolizing it quickly and having to have it redone more frequently than she liked.
She moved to WA and we talked about her goals, and what she liked and what she wanted to improve upon.
Round one of lip filler to correct or improve some asymmetry and added a little chin profile and decreased some chin shadow.
Fast forward and she loves her lips but wanted them a little more pillowy and plump! By starting smaller and doing a little at a time we were able to work toward her goal of luscious but not unnatural looking lips.
Discussion and educating patients on the process is so important!! Product selection is so important! Helping people realize what they want to see in the mirror and helping them toward their best self is the dream🤍

I had the BEST weekend with my sister!!! The consummate host and party planner took me to their favorite haunts and a few other fun spots they hadn’t been to as well.
I will treasure the time forever and can’t wait until we can do it again!
I only cried a little when we said goodbye, it’s never goodbye but a see you soon! Doesn’t make it any easier to leave her 🤍

This gent is a ‘tox first timer who came in for his 3 week refinement session today and wow what an improvement!!

Adding a retinol and continuing on the path and it will only get better and help to erase some of the etched lines.
It took him a lifetime to earn those wrinkles, already a huge improvement and only going to get better over the long term!
