My family means the world to me but above all, my love for God comes first. I'm grateful He is giving me an opportunity to share with you my passion of creating and providing products that are made from the heart. So why am I doing this? Well...I used to have severe adult acne and I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis several years ago. After weeks of searching for a solution for my acne, what I learned was how important it is to WASH YOUR MAKEUP BRUSHES! This new knowledge helped jump start my journey to create a brush soap that wasn’t full of harmful chemicals and fragrances. When I noticed my face finally healing, I knew that this was the kind of news I wanted to share with others.Then, in November of 2020, during a challenging MS relapse, I noticed how uncomfortable and difficult it was to simply comb my hair and put on my makeup. I was experiencing severe weakness in my arms and the pain and weakness in my hands made it harder to open up any of my eye shadow palettes or simply hold my makeup brushes without dropping them. These days my MS is better controlled but that experience opened my eyes to a bigger issue and a weak spot in the beauty industry. That is, recognizing the need for adaptive makeup tools for the disabled community. Too many people share similar challenges and struggles every day. This is why I’m committed to take action and find solutions to these frequently overlooked problems. Barehouse Brand is dedicated to design and create beauty tools that will help ease the stress and strains of our daily beauty routines. Our first adaptive tool is already in progress. We hope to be bringing you our first adaptive product by Spring 2023. We feel it's important to be as accessible and inclusive as possible. By creating high quality products using local suppliers, we will become a brand that people trust. Starting with products that are used by a diverse customer base, will eventually allow Barehouse Brand to create products that are more adaptive and help fulfill our ultimate goal. Right now, there are people who feel like they have nowhere to turn and we believe this is something that our company has been called to help fix. This is no longer my story... but OUR story! In an effort to spread God's message of love, hope and faith, we've created a space where you can share "beauty" stories that are inspiring, empowering or just plain fun! We are always looking for people who want to share. Barehouse Brand wants you to know that you now have a place to go when “simple” is NOT always so simple!
