OLD ME:
I struggled to understand why my skin kept breaking out while it seemed like none of my friends had the same problem.

I’d go to the store, ask what I should use, and never really get an answer. So I’d buy random acne products, try to dry everything out, wait for the breakout to get worse, pick at it… and then be left with a dark mark that took MONTHS to fade.

I was so frustrated with not understanding my own skin that I eventually decided to go to esthetics school.

I wanted to understand what was actually happening with my skin AND be able to help other people who felt just as lost as I did.

ME NOW:
I don’t panic when I get a breakout.

I know I can’t cure my acne, but I CAN manage it. I know what products my skin needs, what to do when a breakout shows up, and how much consistency matters.

And honestly, that knowledge is the real payoff.

Now I get to help other people understand their skin so they don’t have to spend years guessing like I did.
