​The last two weeks have been brought to you by the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse:

​The "Human Glow-Stick" Phase: Got a systemic infection... and a new prescription that sent my heart rate into orbit and gave me a 102° fever. I wasn’t just "sick"; I was literally hallucinating and trying to stroke out. 0/10 stars, do not recommend until you start seeing the forest creatures and the seven dwarves in the middle of Walmart.... On a regular Tuesday afternoon... 🙄

​The "International Heart Rate Monitor" Drama: While my heart was already trying to beat its way out of my chest, and I'm having waking delusions (oh and working) Charlie decided to one-up me as the US Embassy got bombed. Multiple times. Nothing says "peak anxiety" like trying to keep your heart rate down while your husband is dodging explosions.

My Google Watch basically gave up and started writing my will. 💣📈

​The "Sleep is for the Weak" Marathon: Finally got back on my regular meds—meaning I haven't slept since Tuesday THIS WEEK.... If you see me staring blankly at a wall, I'm just buffering.

​The Grand Finale: Just as I thought I was turning a corner, I walked into a flooded kitchen and laundry room. At this point, if any of tarantulas start giving me life advice, I’m just going to pull up a chair and listen. 🕷️

​On a serious note: Huge thanks to everyone who has reached out. If I haven't responded yet, please don't take it personally! The chaos meter officially hit 100% and the when the exhaustion kicks in, my phone becomes a spicy brick that I actively avoid. 📱🚫

​I see your messages, I appreciate the love more than I can say, and I’m officially trying to pull my s**t show together.... Hair and nails are way more manageable than floods, hallucinations, and international incidents.
