In this video, Yuri from Life RX Wellness will show a simple neuroplasticity exercise using the fingers.
This is a fun “brain game” where you move, split, separate, and coordinate your fingers in different patterns. It looks simple, but it challenges the brain, improves coordination, wakes up the nervous system, and helps you build a stronger mind-body connection.
When your brain feels foggy, tired, or overloaded, small coordination drills can help bring your attention back into the body. These exercises may be helpful for people who deal with tension, stress, headaches, migraines, poor focus, or mental fatigue.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is to challenge the brain, create new connections, and improve how your brain communicates with your hands, eyes, and body.

Stop shrugging at your screen! 🖥️👀
Did you know your eyes could be the reason your neck hurts? The visual-postural reflex means that when you focus intensely on a screen, your body subconsciously shrugs your upper traps. This "tech neck" tension is often a direct result of eye strain and visual focus habits.
✅ THE TEST: Eye-Neck Rotation Test.
Rotate your head as far as you can comfortably. Now, look with your eyes to the opposite side and try to rotate again. Notice how the tension changes?
Our PhysioMassage approach addresses these reflexes. We work to release the upper traps while correcting the postural habits that keep you in pain.
Relieve the tension at the source. Visit our Glendale clinic or we’ll come to you!
