I began my personal journey with Beachbody Products in September 2014. I kick started with the 3 day cleanse, lost 5 pounds and haven't looked back since! As of October 2014 I have lost 12 pounds without sacrificing some of my favorite meals! I drink Shakeology DAILY...sometimes twice a day since they're so good :)....and feel amazing! Mini Success Story!
Last night I ate at Moe's and decided to get cheese on my rice bowl- big no no for my digestive system!
This morning I woke up tired and full. About two hours later I drank my shake and BAM instant energy! Good thing I brought another for lunch today :)

Seriously Target has the best nutritious food on their simply balanced line.
Who knew.. Frozen tilapia, organic spinach and steamable quinoa would be so amazing! Highly recommend their products

Healthy that tastes like dessert?! Butternut squash with apples and cinnamon!
3 cups butternut squash
1 large granny smith apple
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Lots of cinnamon!
Combine all together and heat in a skillet for about 30 minutes or until squash is tender

Starting my week of right! Much needed massage and meal prep for my first FULL week back to work in a month... Can you believe how quick the holidays fly?!
Happy New Year! This year, I have taken on a challenge to cut out a food love every month. Food love to me is a food/beverage that I LOVE, but is totally unnecessary for my diet. I am hoping this will detox my body from added sugars, artificial flavors and cravings I don’t need. To start out, January I will cut out all alcohol! I love relaxing on Sunday’s with a glass of wine, or grabbing a beer at dinner…but these are totally unnecessary calories!
Example: Out to dinner, order a 20 oz. of Angry Orchard (my favorite!)... that racks up an extra 350-400 calories!! Holy cow, that’s another meal!
How many others are going to cut calories and slash alcohol for January?!
