Happy Valentine's Day to my favorite guy, the best dad and the goofiest dude I know. Thank you for standing next to me and loving me even when I am at my worst. Thank you for letting me spend all of our money on lawyers. Thank you for picking me up when all of my pieces break and fall to the floor. Thanks for holding me when I need a safe place to land. Thank you for loving our daughters with all of your heart and caring for them everyday. I know that isnt easy and you're amazing at it. Thank you for loving my daughter and our niece and nephew like they were your own. Thank you for taking out the trash, being cleaner than me and for not giving me too much s**t about it. Thank you for every moment we have shared together over the last 24 years. Thank you for being my soulmate, my protector and making me laugh when I most need it. I have never known a love like yours. I know people hate before/after photos but I use them to measure my progress. I also use my lifting journal, but definitely not the scale. In this first set I weigh the exact same. You can see I lost my belly and gained an amazing camel π« toe π...SWIPE and you get to see my lowest weight compared to now. Itβs about a 10 lb increase. My waist has stayed relatively the same measurements but I have gained inches on my π and added weight to the barbell. I am in competition with myself. I want to be 40 and ππΌββοΈ I want my children to have a good roll model and I want to kick ass in the male dominated industry I work in. I make goals and I smash the s**t out of them. I have put in the time and hard work. Bet your ass I will get better, I will improve and I will never be weak. πΉ @ Arvada, Colorado

on the deck π I added 60g of blueberries and .5 tbsp of honey post workout. After using my cgm for two weeks I realized that I can keep my BG levels much more stable with a small amount of carbs. My workouts have been feeling better since then as well. I will always prioritize my but will incorporate to help me reach my goals. ππΌββοΈ
