Enjoying time with my family in kapalua for a few days!
Ok ladies! This feels so true! It has become kind of exhausting trying to figure out how to optimize your health, weight and your overall appearance. I just had to share because it’s so funny you kind of have to laugh. I love her dry sense of humor. However, this is really the problem isn’t it? Always striving. Thinking someone else has the solution. Never accepting yourself simply because you are putting effort in, but judging yourself on unrealistic outcomes you may never attain, or which the price for, would unbalance your life or otherwise be costly in a harmful way.
