Holy Shirts & Ties was an idea started back in 2018 in one small rural middle school when we noticed the amount of young men athletes that were in need of a dress shirt and tie to wear on game day. As a former athlete I remember the importance of looking your best on game day, but realized that not everyone was afforded the same luxury. As a Coach I saw the need & as a Pastor I knew what the Bible instructed us in Luke 3:11 "Whoever has two tunics is to share with him who has none".
What started in a small rural middle school quickly escalated into several other middle and high schools as well as young men and adults looking something nice to wear for special events or job interviews.
Since then we have been collecting gently loved or new shirts, ties, and suits for those that are in need.
Fast forward to 2023 and with the help of a few good friends our nonprofit Holy Shirts & Ties is finally more than just a thought or dream but a reality.
We would like to say thank you to all of our friends and families that have donated items to us without question these past few years. Without your help and support we could have never done this and it simply would have been nothing more than a thought.
We appreciate everyone's continued support and prayers as we move forward in 2023 seeking God's guidance and helping equip young men and women in need.
