Okay, listen up because this may be a long post. 😅 I’m not teaching Yoga tomorrow because I have a really bad headache right now. But as it turns out, December was the last time I will be teaching at Metamorphic Movement Yoga School & Studio, as much as I love teaching there, I feel I need more experience I’m not done teaching Yoga, so stayed tuned for the date and location of my class! ☺️

My class for January has changed!! I will be teaching the 27th at 1 instead of the 13th at 1! I’m sorry if this inconveniences any of you and makes you unable to attend. I hope to see some of you there!
