Regarding the mandatory $15 deposit & NCNS clients:

•I accept Cashapp/$alldolledup5, PayPal/, Chime, ApplePay, Venmo & Current

•Deposits are non refundable/non transferable as I cannot get my time back.

•Deposits will ALWAYS be refunded if the cancellation is my fault.

•ALL deposits go towards your service. Your balance due will be whatever is left after you deduct the $15 from your total (I say total because I offer add ons for my services)

•My friends & family pay their deposit with no problem. No deposit = No appointment

•A NCNS results in you being banned from booking. (In SOME instances this will be waived)

•The only way to get off the NCNS list is if you pay a $25 fee when sending your $15 deposit. (My time is valuable as I am a mom, business owner & have other obligations outside the 2.)

I’m strict because when I’m late or cannot honor standing appointments I compensate for your inconvenience by discounting your next appointment & adding extras for free if wanted & I always try to assist in finding you another MUA. My business is my baby & I’ll forever treat it as such.
