I really believe that, if you take care of YOU, the rest kinda falls into place. Sure, I've had days of laying around with no makeup/ hair done, etc. To be honest, I feel WORSE. I'm a big believer in putting your best face forward, even if you are sitting home, alone or with family. ( or pets!!!)
Keep up your self care! Cuts, color, nails....all of it. Control what you can in a world that seems beyond anything in our wildest imaginations!
