Elle Grefke has been in the esthetics industry for 8 years, during which she has gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of skin. She has vast expertise in cryoskin, hydrafacial, sugaring, radio frequency, light therapy, lymphatic drainage among other aesthetic technologies.
Her approach to achieving client satisfaction is providing detailed consultations, so clients can learn about what is happening to their skin and why. She feels client education, healthy-habits, and consistently using proper skincare while receiving regular treatments will preserve clients’ skin for years to come.

She enjoys working with a variety of technologies and believes combination therapies provide the best result. She loves seeing the esthetics industry evolve and learning the latest and greatest in devices and skincare; however, what she enjoys most about esthetics is seeing her clients’ confidence grow.

Elle is originally from Michigan and enjoys hanging out with her 2 German Shepards at home, traveling, live music, and trying new foods and experiences. She considers herself a foodie with a huge appetite for all things food and wine.
