Below is a brief introduction to me and my writing.

I’m a writer, artist, mother, seer, maker, and lifelong learner who believes a life well lived is a life continually engaged in learning. I write about what shapes us and the moments we’re not always inclined to post about.

My work lives at the intersection of natural magic, intuition, lived experience, and the inner work of awakening to one’s own inner muse. I’m interested in the clarity that comes from self-reflection, genuine sharing, and voicing what is real—even when it is hard. I strive to remain true to myself and rooted in authenticity.

Here, I share reflections on transformation, grief, beauty, and the numinous moments we’re often taught to ignore. I write about the liminal—thresholds, beanstalk moments, and the spaces between comfort and growth, the seen and the unseen, our shadow and light.

This is a space where I hope to cultivate enough stillness within myself to hear my own soul speak—and from those words, to let something ripple outward that invites your inner voice to be heard as well. Together, we practice paying attention to the subtle, the difficult, the beautiful, and the messy—without bypassing or criticism.
