From Bend & Brew at B**r Bazaar Bottle Shop & Taproom this morning!! Gratitude to the three beautiful women who practiced this morning!! 🧡🧡🧡

After class, I used myself timer to take some yoga photos of me... I had to get into the asana in 10 seconds. It should take a lot longer than 10 seconds to get in the pose…
Reflecting on today’s class, that I taught. I am imperfect and that’s what makes me unique. I don’t have the best practice. I fall off of the path often. I’m not great at the Yama’s and the Niyamas. I think I’m like Wabi Sabi. I’m beautifully incomplete and that’s what makes me whole. I am more myself than I’ve been in a very long time. I feel authentically Kristin. Love is my greatest teacher.

I am, We are, God is love.

Overcoming envy and fear, we cultivate appreciation and understand the true purpose of our life. Sutra ii. 39

I am grateful for my life and what I’ve been through and what I’m going through and I am lucky enough to share and help others on their journey to their self into their higher power. I hope to see you on the yoga mat soon. Just come you don’t have to know what you’re doing. We’re all just walking each other home.

Celebrating Rob Yesterday!! Some of these yogis have been practicing with me for twelve years!! It’s crazy!! Happy happy Birthday to Black Rob!!
