A sneak peek at the sketches of the visitation. I have yet to find an icon of the visitation that really speaks to me, so this is my interpretation.
Gold leaf can be so temperamental but it is beautiful.

Working on the time lapse but folks, here is the finished product.
The picture makes it look small but I had to merge two photos together to get it all in.
This was a labor of love and took 4 years to complete. When both artists are working full time jobs it is difficult to make the time. But you will make time for what's important to you. I am blessed to have worked with my mom on this project and we didn't kill each other in the process. 😜
Here's to many more projects with my lovely mother 🍾
