BodyMind Coaching, Bodywork, Healing Retreats Hi All! My name is Sylvia.
My spiritual journey began a decade ago when my health plummeted and it has been quite a ride! It's taken me this long to figure out what works and what doesn't, and it's my hope to help others on their healing journeys, achieve health in their body, minds and spirits in a gentle yet effective way.

Dear IG,
I’m sick of feeling anxious bc I have to keep up with the trends. From here on out, I’m choosing to post whatever I want, however I want, even if it’s not trendy.
Love,
Sylvia
