Driving past Lambeau on our way home, I couldn’t believe how much the haze had changed the skyline.

My heart is with everyone directly affected by these fires—the families who have evacuated, the firefighters, and the wildlife whose homes have been lost.

In Wisconsin, what can we learn from all this smoke?

For me, it’s this: I don’t have to rush through summer. I don’t have to say yes to everything. Rest isn’t something I earn—it’s something I need.

Sauna has always been a place where those reminders become easier to hear.

I’m praying for rain, for healing, and for everyone breathing this same air.

On one of the hottest, most humid days of the summer, this men’s coach chose to begin the day with heat, cold, and intentional conversation.

It might seem counterintuitive—but sauna isn’t just for winter. It’s a space to slow down, clear your mind, and be fully present.

We love seeing our mobile sauna become part of experiences like coaching sessions, retreats, wellness weekends, and meaningful gatherings.
