If your hair isn’t growing back, you might be doing everything wrong… thinking you’re doing everything right.
Here are 3 things I see constantly:
• Treating symptoms, not the cause

Most people think hair loss means your hair “stopped growing.”
That’s not true.
Your hair is still growing… it’s just growing back thinner, weaker, and shorter each cycle.
That’s called miniaturization — and it’s how most hair loss actually happens.
If you catch it early, you can slow it down.
If you ignore it, those hairs eventually disappear completely.
👉 Pay attention to:
• Thinning ponytail
• More scalp showing
•“Baby hairs” that never get longer
