Rooted in the philosophy that “practice makes progress, not perfect,” this experience uses gentle, wave-like circular breathing, guided awareness, and short “resilience holds” to help kids and parents connect with their bodies, move energy, and build emotional strength—allowing them to feel calmer, more grounded, and empowered as the “captains” of their own nervous systems.
