A big one is stress and processed foods. Managing stress is very important and reducing processed foods.
Clean pillowcases weekly! For teen acne I also highly recommend single use disposable towels. Most see a huge difference just by using disposable towels!
Icing your breakouts helps reduce swelling and is especially great with cystic acne.
