Don't let any of that pumpkin go to waste!
Whether it's a carving pumpkin or sugar pumpkin-while you're separating out those wonderful seeds for roasting, toasting or planting- put those 'guts' (or pumpkin hair as we call it in my house) in a Mason jar with a lid.

So now you're probably asking 'How do I use it?'
