Remember your daily spf moisturizer every morning AND your sunblock when you’re enjoying glorious summer 🧴!! And yes, you still get sun rays on gloomy days when the sun isn’t shining bright. Have fun while protecting yourself from sun damage (pro-aging) & skin cancer!!! Brimmed hats and UPF clothing are great too❣️ # ☀️

May is mental health awareness month 🩷. Our brains are amazing but can sometimes get sick like all our other organs.
