ConciergeNP Wellness Center will be officially closed from March 9-16 and will resume regular schedule on March 18, 2024 This is a well needed vacation for your owner and practitioner as I will have limited to no access to a phone or computer so for any emergencies please go to your nearest hospital and follow up with me when I return!

Much as I hate working out I love looking good!!!! Working out is essential to keeping the heart healthy, toning while losing weight, and aides in losing weight and inches while building muscle.

Give it a try! You don’t have to sign up to a gym either you can do workouts in your home, front or back yard.

YouTube has great workouts, several apps with little to no money to get workouts. No excuses!!!!
