Bob was awarded Certified Wellness Practitioner status which is achieved only through documented education, experience, professional supervision and testing in the Wellness field by The National Wellness Institute (NWI). Rowan University, where Bob obtained his Degree in Health and Exercise Science, recieved the Distinguished Undergraduate Program Award from NWI following a review of 278 programs in the U.S. In the Unlimited Personal Development program Bob uses motivational specialized training for individuals and groups of all ages and abilities, school based programs, sports teams, and corporations to address a variety of goals including but not limited to improved cardiovascular and muscular fitness level, nutritional education, weight loss, increased energy levels, overcoming addictions/habits, stress reduction, understanding and raising your level of wellness, and most importantly teaching concepts to not only cope with life's challenges, but how to enjoy life to it's fullest potential!
