Through the grace of God, my business has really grown and I’m dealing with more of you daily...as flexible & attentive as I’d love to be to each individual we’re going to have to set some boundaries 😌

First, from today forward I will only communicate off 1 phone number, not my personal...so lock this one in: (601) 447-3610. It has also been updated via Google & booking site. Texting my personal number will only get my business number sent as a reply. It’s the best way to not mix business & personal & it’s that numbers sole purpose. Use it!

Also, when you all text even if we’ve spoken before I don’t save names in my phone...I speak with 10 different women a day introduce yourself please even if it’s our 11th time speaking. Chic Fila calls you by your name after you tell them who you are, then comes the amazing customer service! Right?

You all think of things at all hours of the day and night super early to very late...I admire that BUT I’m not accessible 24/7. So that you don’t feel overlooked or ignored, know that I respond during working hours only (typically 10am-6pm) If a business is closed, customer service is also closed...right?

Don’t wait the morning of asking for the address, etc think about it...I’m working every hour I’m opened (blessed), so it’s very unprofessional to stop and take a FB messenger call, text etc when my hands have to be working constantly in order to get my next client in on time or when someone is trying to relax & enjoy their facial. By the time I’m free to call you back you’re now late for your appointment, again a distraction that’s throwing off being on time for others. I won’t answer, so it’s best to ask everything you need well before your appointment time for a smooth visit.

Know that responses during my work day to inquires will be delayed, again I’m working...my focus at that time is the client in front of me, I’m sure you understand that.

Last minute work-ins, day before, several changes, reschedules, wanting a sooner appointment than you scheduled, etc...although I know you all know that I usually really really try to maximize my day and be accommodating the bottom line is wait around? You won’t get an appointment or won’t be seen in the time frame you desire. Simple. If you know what you need book it, other than that somewhere that accepts walk-in’s may be a better fit for you. Book what you need, stop waiting...I’m here for you but ignoring the fact that books fill up fast just won’t let me allow you to drop in when you want. This is the sole purpose of a booking site. Availability is what you see.
