Greatest country in the world! I’ve traveled to 22 countries and I LOVE traveling, but nowhere is better than AMERICA! So many people in our country will focus on the negative today and in many cases they’re not wrong — our government has its issues 100%, like anything does — but Philippians 4:8 commands us to focus on the good.

I see accounts that ALL they share is the bad, the unjust, what’s wrong, the issues — what a pity! There’s this system in your brain called the Reticular Activating System by which YOU mentally create your own reality. If you always look for the bad, the flaws, the issues — baby, you will find them!!

AND if you look for the blessings, the good people, the beauty, the overcoming, the dreams realized, the hurdles overcome, the mountains summited, you will find that too!!

I’m not crying, it’s allergies!!! JUST KIDDING — elderberry got rid of those! So I actually AM crying 😅 — because the Lord planted a seed of excitement in my heart 2 years ago when we moved to Heath when I FELL IN LOVE with Coffee Shack Coffee Roasters & Cafe because of their passion around intentional clean coffee bean sourcing, in house roasting, locally sourced meats and low heat pasteurized milk — they got it! They serve their customers well sourced, high quality foods and beverages because they CARE DEEPLY about health and wellness! I’ve loved them from the very beginning and was blown away the Lord placed them a mile from our new home! It instantly helped me feel more settled into my new town 🙏🙏

So to get to partner with them to serve our community and get ahead of back to school bugs and exposures with our Elderberry Wellness Latte and sticking our jars in their shop is quite literally an answer to prayer!

So excited to link arms with this family and serve our amazing Heath, Ohio family! I truly love our new little town and days like this make it even sweeter! The Lord is so good!!

So many of y’all requested behind the scenes footage yesterday when we ask Ed what you want to see more of here! So I pieced some footage together for you 🥰

From starting our farm (very hard on your back to start farming in your 40’s 🤣🤣) - to our little plants blooming, white elderflowers turning in to berries, harvesting, pressing, infusing spices, jarring, packing and shipping!
