I will be doing a free introductory class on Ayurveda at our local health food store, Nature's Way in Easton, Pa.
Ayurveda is the oldest medical science, dating back over 5,000 years, originating from India. Ayurveda translates to 'The Science of Life.' This will be an introductory class, discussing the doshas, the foundation of Ayurveda. I will provide you an assessment form so you can learn your own unique constitution, to have an idea of how to apply Ayurveda directly to your life. Great for anyone that is into natural health and healing!
If you enjoy this mini class, later in the month I will be offering an online Ayurveda course of two classes over zoom. This is the same class I teach at Northampton Community College.
