Hendersonville, Tennessee – January 17, 2020 – The 2020 Women Impacting the Community Celebration presented by the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce will take place on Thursday, February 20, from 11:00 - 1:30 am at Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club. This event is dedicated to encouraging and empowering female business professionals to create heartfelt, meaningful relationships with one another that will in turn strengthen their communities. The event will consist of a networking luncheon, 2 guest speakers, awards, and prizes, and a chance to “Kick Off Your Heels”.
The Chamber is also pleased to announce our emcee for the celebration will be Holly Thompson, nine-time Emmy Award winning journalist, co-anchor for News 4 Today and News 4 at noon! We’re also pleased to announce the speakers for the event will be Tari Hughes, President and CEO, for the Center for Nonprofit Management and Britnie Turner, serial entrepreneur, real estate investor, philanthropist and founder of the Aerial Development Group!
During the event, five outstanding women will be recognized for their work in the community. The categories are professional, education, non-profit/civic organization, healthcare, and young professional. The Chamber took nominations in each of five categories and these women were nominated by their peers!
