Birthday self-care day was a whole vibe. ❤️🎉

I started my day at S&F Massage Kingdom with 2 full hours of relaxation — 1 hour full body massage and 1 hour foot massage — and baby, they did not disappoint! The staff was friendly, the service was amazing, and they truly helped me start my birthday feeling relaxed and appreciated.

Nothing over the top. Just a peaceful day of relaxing, eating good, enjoying the little birthday perks, and celebrating ME.

This season of my life is about enjoying the moments, taking care of myself, and not feeling guilty about slowing down long enough to receive too. ❤️

Another year of life. Another year of growth. Another year of becoming even more of the woman I was created to be.

I’ve lived enough life to know that every season teaches you something. The wins. The losses. The hard lessons. The beautiful surprises. The moments that stretched me, strengthened me, and reminded me just how much I’m capable of.

I’m proud of the woman I’ve become.

A wife. A mother. A grandmother. An entrepreneur. A dreamer. A builder. A woman who has spent so much of her life helping other people feel good, grow, believe in themselves, and keep going.

But this year, I’m celebrating ME too.

I’m celebrating the woman who kept showing up. The woman who kept dreaming. The woman who learned that success doesn’t have to mean exhaustion. The woman who is choosing peace, purpose, freedom, boundaries, and balance.

I’m not trying to go backward. I’m not afraid of getting older. I’m grateful to be here.

There are still dreams I haven’t touched yet. Businesses I haven’t built yet. Places I haven’t traveled yet. People I haven’t helped yet. And versions of myself I haven’t even met yet.

So this birthday isn’t just about another year older.

It’s about another year wiser, stronger, more intentional, more confident, and more ME.

21 years and Lol even though I have. I wouldn’t trade a single moment. Today marks our anniversary, and it’s been a journey filled with challenges, love, growth, and plenty of laughter.
