The beauty industry is one of the toughest careers, especially behind the chair. It can challenging physical, mentally and emotionally. With that said it is also one of the most rewarding careers out there. In the past 45 years I have worked with and met some of the most talented people in our industry. I can’t even begin to name them all because I will leave someone out. One hairdresser I have come full circle with, from cutting her hair as a child, (she would fall asleep while I cut her hair) her working at my salon, and now I am working at her salon. So after 45 years of doing new math (10+20=15 and 2+4=3 and 8+9=8.5…If you understand this you know) I have made the decision to retire! March 31, 2026 will be my last day behind the chair. I am so very excited and a little nervous! I can’t begin to thank all of my clients, friends, family, Henry and our surrounding communities for all the support and prayers you have given me, I love you all! God bless you all!❤️ We have amazing people to follow in my footsteps!
