A special guest stopped by for storytime! 📚

We recently welcomed local author Sara Tiche into our center for a special reading with our clients!

Storytime creates so many natural opportunities for learning, from listening and communication to group participation, answering questions, and engaging with others. And having the author herself there to bring the story to life made the experience even more special. 💛

A big thank you to Sara for spending time with our kiddos and bringing a little extra magic to storytime!

🚒 Today was a BIG day, the fire department came to visit!

Our clients got to check out a real fire truck, try on firefighter hats, meet the firefighters, and ask all their burning questions (pun intended). Such a fun way to mix learning with a little community excitement!

Days like this are one of our favorite parts of ABA therapy. Creating a fun new experience, new sounds, and new friends to meet 🔥👩‍🚒

Our very first Leadership Lab is in the books! 💡👏

Led by our COO, Julie Morckel, our East Coast Program Directors and Region Directors came together for a day of leadership development, strategy, and collaboration.

We kicked things off by diving into communication as leaders, followed by small-group sessions where our teams dug into data, shared ideas, and built intentional goals for Q4 while looking ahead to 2027.

So much talent, perspective, and collaboration in one room. And we’re doing it all again next week with our West Coast leaders! 🥳

MVP status looks pretty good on them. 🏆😎

We recently wrapped up our MVP (Most Valuable Peer) Program, and some of our winners are showing off their well-earned, super comfy, and definitely brag-worthy MVP crewnecks!

What made this program so special? Our MVPs were nominated by their own teammates for being the people who show up, support others, lead by example, and help create a workplace where their peers can truly thrive. 💙

To all of our MVPs: wear those crewnecks proudly. You earned them! 👏✨
