For the past 20 years, Izza has been a steady source of compassion, encouragement, and dedication to the children, families, and teammates lucky enough to know her. As one of our Senior BCBA Clinical Supervisors, she's helped shape not only the lives of the clients she serves, but also the clinicians she's mentored, the teams she's led, and the culture of care we strive to create every day.

When we asked Izza's teammates to describe what she's meant to them, the responses poured in with gratitude, admiration, and love.
