"As usual I was pleasantly greeted at the front desk making me feel completely welcomed, and as always addressed me with a smile!

I skipped the refresher tour since I knew my way around and went straight to the Spa treatment room to get ready for my regularly scheduled massage and facial. (Yes I have made myself at home here..lol)
Simply amazing they have practically everything you could think of, for every Spa service all within a cozy, zen atmosphere . Did I mention that this is an Aveda Salon and Spa.... So every aromatherapy oil you can imagine is apart of your service, the whole Spa smells heavenly!
Moving on to my treatment today, I was apprehensive at first because I was trying the "Purifying Facial" which includes extractions (something I had never had before, per my request not to) to my complete satisfaction, my esthetician Mariam did an incredible job! With various creams, eucalyptus steam and a table that contoured to my spine it was almost nap time. Her touch was very delicate but intentional on pressure points to de-congest my skin as well as leaving me with an immediate glow. I was impressed and will definitely return for this service - regularly.

After every visit I am always happy to have taken the much needed "me" time (that almost, other than this, never happens) so I make a day of it and I usually spend the rest of the day at the pool, as I live in the same building. It is very convenient for me, and it makes me feel like I am living in an "all inclusive resort" It's the simple pleasures or the little things that can really brighten up my day and for me that is Serenity Spa and Salon. : ) being right downstairs from my apartment, life could not be better. Facial, Massage, and a nap at the pool... Who needs a vacation, when this is "the perfect day"
At the end of it all, I kicked up my feet by the pool again and got some work done on my laptop. I know, that's just so perfect right? What can I say... It's living the "good life" at the right price, great location and amazing services too."
