That's a wrap on Mirkwood Salon! I won't say goodbye, but it's more like until later.
It's bizarre clearing out the salon today. I'm definitely going to ugly cry when I get home.
Thank you all for being the best clients I could have asked for. You kept me going when I didn't think I was worth it, you gave me a reason to get out of bed on my worst days, and I got to enjoy all of you for the time I had with you.
So for now I say farewell and good luck with your lives. Thank you for letting me be a part of your day for an hour or two every once a month or two.
I love you all dearly. I'll see you soon!

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closure of the salon. I will still have appointments available throughout today and the rest of the week, but as of the end of day Saturday, I will no longer be performing services behind the chair. If you need recommendations, please feel free to reach out and I will do my absolute best to 0lace you with a wonderful stylist that can fit your needs.
I have loved this industry deeply from the moment I started, but the events of last year and this year have really taken the wind out of my sails. I opened the shop so I could still service my amazing, devoted clientele, but unfortunately it has been really rough on me financially. I still love you guys from the bottom of my heart and I thank you for the time I had with you. Hopefully I'll be able to see your faces again.
