Being named April has made April 1st a bit of a… character-building experience over the years 😅
But this year, I’m choosing to claim it a little differently.
Tonight is the full Pink Moon — the first full moon of spring. Not because the moon turns pink (would be cool, but no), but because of the soft pink phlox that start blooming low to the ground this time of year.
Which honestly feels like a vibe.
Not loud, dramatic change…
but quiet, steady growth that’s been happening beneath the surface.
It’s something I see a lot in the work I do through Mindful Together — those small, almost unnoticed shifts that start to change how we feel in our bodies and move through our days.
So instead of April Fool’s… maybe today is more of a gentle reset.
