🚨 TWO TRUTHS & A LIE — TRISH EDITION 🚨
Okay… how well do you think you know me? 👀
1️⃣ I served in the U.S. Navy and was aboard the USS George Washington off the coast of New York on 9/11.
2️⃣ I had gastric bypass 18 years ago…and still found myself having to fight my way back from weight regain years later.
3️⃣ I grew up gardening, canning, and making everything from scratch — so this whole homestead era comes naturally to me. 😂

1 hour timer set on my phone for household chores today.
I used to let cleaning eat my whole day until I realized my peace was more important than perfection.
Setting simple boundaries on your time lets you reclaim your day.
How do you protect your free time during the week?
Squeaky cabinet door in the kitchen.
Would you rather fix it yourself with a screwdriver or let it squeak for six months?
