Plant Base foods don't have to be boring. I have been trying a few different dishes between Keto and Plant based foods and I think plant base is working well with my body.
I have so much more energy. These dishes were tasty, and packed with all the right nutrients.

Here we go again guys. You have to try this. I left all the ingredients and directions below for you. Keto is the best with the right meals. Enjoy guys..

4 slices thick-cut bacon
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 3/4 lbs.)
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp. ranch seasoning
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
Chopped chives, for garnish

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon, flipping once, until crispy, about 8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of bacon fat from the skillet.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Return skillet to medium-high heat, add chicken and cook until golden and just cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.
Reduce heat to medium and sprinkle chicken with ranch seasoning and top with mozzarella. Cover the skillet and cook, until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
Crumble and sprinkle bacon and chives on top before serving.

The 7 minute workout 3 time a week. Stay consistent and push through. Follow the laid out plan for you and the results will come.
Start here for 2020 and dont delay.


I workout three to four days a week. I’ll switch back and forth between cardio days, weight training days and combos (which is weekends!). I also do weight training about five days a week where I lift fairly heavy for more compound movements (using larger muscle groups), whereas the 7 minute workout focuses on functional movements.
I also box a couple of times a week to switch up and keep my training fun.
