This is the New Speaks Volumes mascara by Arbonne. 💁🏻‍♀️I’ve officially used it for the first time and I will probably never use anything else ever again 😂
So this is my review so far: 1) it’s BUILDABLE. Like I’ve never seen buildable before! Only I have. Just not THIS buildable 😍
2) it gives length that in my opinion exceeds what my old favorite drugstore lengthening mascara (lash stiletto) was able to give. I think it honestly gives more length than the long story mascara by Arbonne even! I can see little fiber extensions on the ends of my lashes, but because it isn’t waterproof, the mascara doesn’t dry out my lashes and break them off which is what happens with basically any drugstore waterproof mascara. This enables your lashes the time they need to actually grow to their full potential!
3) As far as volume goes, I’ve never seen anything like it either. I still have a patch of lashes shorter than the rest from a botched eye lash perm and dye and it completely covered it. You can’t tell at all and I’m floored by that because I’ve been trying for like a year to grow those puppies back out to their full potential length! 👏🏻🙌🏻🎉
As far as my original concern of its lack of water resistance, I haven’t put it to the test yet but I’m wondering if a clear waterproof mascara could be put over it for special occasions. I do know that waterproof mascara on a daily basis will ruin your eye lashes and make them break while you sleep and all that bad jazz, so I’m also trying to remind myself that not everything that’s convenient is good. (Single use plastics for example 😂 don’t get me wrong I still use them but they’re not good for the environment 🤷🏻‍♀️ )
Anyways, all in all it’s a 2 thumbs up for me. I won’t be putting it on brides on their wedding day until I know how it acts with tears, but as for a daily mascara this is seriously everything I’ve ever wanted and then some 💗 , you da 👏🏻🙌🏻👏🏻
