Day One - Rest has been vital to my journey. I've experienced energetic sickness - the kind that can't be diagnosed or cured by conventional or natural alternative medicine.
It was the type of imbalance that didn't respond much to any of the tools I had in my Wellness Toolbox at that time.
I had to create new medicine. I had to look at how I was USING my body.
It was the subtle patterns of beliefs and behaviors that moved against my true natural that needed the light of my awareness to heal.
Awareness opened up the channels to observe the choices I made that were tethered to the beliefs I held true and the behaviors I let run without a checks and balances system in place.
The medicine that cured my ailing body was REST, PLAY, & CREATIVE EXPRESSION.
These 3 elements that are now interwoven into a behavioral psychology based system called the CREATIVE RESILIENCE WELLNESS PRACTICE!!

I see the human relationship experience as a web of connection.
Think of yourself as a point of energy in a huge web of human interaction - like how stars collide and what's created based on that impact.
What I want you to observe is:
- You're a destination.
- Your presence has a coordination, orientation and occupation in time and space.
- You're something to arrive at.
- You're an experience, add water only type recipe.
- You're like an energetic planet to navigate or explore.
- You're a soul spirit formed into MATTER made of cosmic and planetary material. Elevate your self-concept.
- Your voice is the sound of your world. Yes, you can be heard without saying a word.
I could go on and on about the glory woven in your skin and our connection to each other.
May your web be elevated into dimensions of harmony, truth, love, power, and healthy collaboration.

Welcome to Winter...
Late Fall through Spring are feminine energetic seasons.
Body Symbolism:
Right Hemisphere of the Brain, the subconscious, all internal neurological auto-animation patterns, creative expression, intuition, imagination, foresight, insights, shape energy into matter alchemical power, psychic energy, internal systems, vision, optimism/faith, nurturing/care, goals centered around the whole versus self, and the spiritual side of the emotional body.
Focus and conservation feels cold and deadly to those ill prepared to walk her dark halls.
Stillness and quiet resilience is how power is generated here.
Retreat becomes necessary to conserve energy and time to honor the longer hours of night - inaction phase of the yearly solar procession.
You see our obsession with ACTION - the SUMMER time of our lives - places us in opposition to INACTION.
Our social value systems keep us humpin and hustling AGAINST ourselves with the intentional view of inaction being a sign of weakness.
The Sun enters the Aquarian Star System every late winter - this the type we on for the next 2000 years - elevation of the divine spark of individuation to strengthen collective humanitarian efforts and rearranging of chaos into order.

You're sick because that's the only way you feel you deserve rest.
It only makes sense to stop when your body stops, right?
Because, you totally doing nothing irritates you and some folks you think want the best for you.
I recently shredded people and places like snake skin - slowly and precisely.
One major thing I noticed is how much my ego wanted to convince me that the way I was operating was quite OK and if I would just...blah blah blah...rattles off some false or negative belief.
That bold face lyin a*z protector made me so heated one day during summer of 2023, I snapped within me.
YOU REALLY ARE GOING AGIANST MY BEST INTEREST, I yelled at myself - my ego and animal aspects looked around like damn she done figured it out again.
High level observation activated - present moment clearing enabled - I went to WERK on my inner world.
I aired that bish out for old and new. Collapsed time on ALL paradigms of sickness, disappointment, and fear. And guess what, I HAD TO FIGHT. Literally, stand at the door of my inner world with a sword in one hand and a gun in the other - wishing a m***a would try me. Slice, dice, pew pew, blinky blink type ish 🔥
Then I reached the fractual thought world - the subtle behaviors that drive my choices. Bish be gone utterances became my weapon. Nice and polite while a serious spiritual warfare is waging over the occupation of my temple is at hand - I 🙌🏽 Think 🙌🏽 Not 🙌🏽
One day - they retreated and placed a white flag at the door. They went back to their respective inner territories. My Innerverse entered a state of peace and love I still don't have words for...
From my own chaos I birthed order via rest, play, and creative expression.
I got what was taken from me back - I got ME back.
