Been quiet lately and came on really quick to say Hi and also share about the highs and lows of life itself.
Processing emotions and situations requires our full attention at times.
Was so honored to receive a great reflection today. I was on a call today and shared with the person about the event. They reminded me to celebrate…and encouraged me to reflect on the accomplishment and how many things went right.
Taking action was one of my goals with (re)claim & also the impact on each woman involved was also so so so important to me!
When was the last time you tended to your emotional intelligence and took time to be in the quiet moments and tend your process ?!

Thank you West Highland Dental Care for helping me yesterday !!! Temporary crown…shoutout to Ari (Shamari) for being so kind and helping me laugh…you have a gift of making people feel so comfortable! I have such dental anxiety from past trauma and shaming experiences, so it meant the world to me of how kind you all were to me!

Funny storytelling moment…swipe and listen in on what happened to me down on the farm tonight w/ Chris Smith 🦷 our poor waitress thought I was seizing out…nope, just broke my tooth again and I was in the midst of pure panic. I didn’t share this in the video, but I thought I lost both of my two front teeth. 😂 also there was no blame on Bob Evan’s…it was an old roller derby injury that resurfaced from the first bite of my meal.
Thank you to for the amazing interview and connect this morning .joy.podcast …I am relieved this happened hours after our call! I can’t make this stuff up!
